It's a Keeper

1983's "The Keep" is an odd gothic horror, sci-fi gem from Michael Mann. The storyline is difficult to follow and the continuity in the editing is a little lacking. However, the special effects and amazing soundtrack scored by Tangerine Dream make it a worthwhile trip. If you like dark sweeping synth soundscapes with images of nazi's being mutilated, this is the flick for you. This movie will most likely never see a DVD print, so for those of you who like the old school warm fuzzies of a VHS rip, you can find the downloadable version of the flick here

for those of you who can't get enough Tangerine Dream and your missing this album in your collection, there is a really nice 3 album bootleg of the original OST you can download via your favorite torrent tracker here
