All hail Giorgio Moroder. The man with the fakest real moustache, the man with the highest amount of good (and bad) songs ever and of course, ARAWA's unofficial mascot and prom king ('77-present). I thought I knew everything about the man (underwear size, lunchmeat preferences) until yesterday when I came upon this amazing single. In 1978, on a lone 7" under the pseudonym The Beepers, Giorgio crafted two kitschy vocoded songs bridging the gap between his past sugary pop-rockin self and his future, as a sequencer brained computer disco overlord.
